Well, I have an audiologist – Sue.  She makes house calls: to program my hearing aids, to deliver the batteries or to solve any problems. 

Sue wants me to be happy with my hearing aids.

When hearing aids using new technology came on the market, she asked if I was interested in trying them for a week or 2 to see if I liked them.  Wow!  When I told her I liked them except for one thing, she checked out other companies to find exactly what I wanted & at a good price.  Sue wants me to be happy with my hearing aids.

It wasn’t until I spoke to my friend that I realized how lucky I am to have Sue looking after my hearing aids, not a company.  Sue wants me to be happy with my hearing aids.

After several years of hearing not very much, I can now hear everything, especially the high notes. I'm not sure how it (TV infrared amplified system) works, but it works fine, and I am so grateful. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
